Work Smarter: 4 Technologies to Have in Your Workspace

We’re quickly settling into our new office space in the Whitehall Technology Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. This new space allows us to easily get to our clients near and far, has warehousing space to better prepare for projects, and room to continue growing. 

We have specifically selected four pieces of technology to include throughout our workspace that help us work smarter. 

1) Samsung BEH-T Series Displays

This Samsung Display Series is a part of Samsung's Pro TV collection, but has an affordable price tag. It has a 4k display, Crystal UHD picture quality that will enhance any meeting. We have implemented this display series in multiple offices and conference rooms. 




2) Barco ClickShare

The Barco ClickShare Button plugs directly into your laptop and with a simple click you can start sharing to your room's display. We love ClickShare because it easily allows a room to wirelessly become a BYOM (bring your own meeting) space bringing the room camera and audio back to your computer wirelessly!


3) Poly Studio X30

The Poly Studio X30 creates a complete meeting space, enabling virtual meetings without the need of a PC or Mac. This technology also allows for guests to easily share to the X30 wirelessly from their personal devices. We love that the X30 is compatible with multiple systems such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, RingCentral and StarLeaf. Each X30 comes with a touch panel to control the user interface.

4) Sound Masking 

It's no secret that a noisy office can be distracting, and with offices having less people in them as we transition back to work, the smallest of noises can seem amplified. This is why we are installing Cambridge QT Pro Active Sound Masking System into the office to promote a peaceful (and productive) work environment. This system not only provides sound masking, you can play background music and can make announcements through it as well.
